"Unique Mind Care (UMC) has been instrumental in our Godson coping with the mental issues associated with PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders). His issues included the rapid, intense onset of OCD, Tourette’s, and ADHD. He struggled with these afflictions for several years and was unable to function in a school setting. But really makes them them unique is their ability to utilize technology in treating the patient as a whole. It is not just a place where you come in, list your meds and your body's response and have the psych just change you to another set of meds with other problems. Technology is used extensively in diagnosis and in treatment combined with a personal touch of talking. You can feel yourself getting better and the technology can show your actual improvement!
